From first step quickness to breakaway speed, the ability to accelerate is critical for any high level athlete.
This program takes the athlete through a series of strength, conditioning, agility, and multi-directional speed workouts to improve explosiveness, linear acceleration and top speed development. It is done in an abbreviated, one-month format to get ready for more intense conditioning later in the fall and winter. This program is not just for baseball players, but athletes looking to upgrade their game in any sport.
