From first step quickness to breakaway speed, the ability to accelerate is critical for any high level athlete.
This program takes the athlete through a series of strength, conditioning, agility, and multi-directional speed workouts to improve explosiveness, linear acceleration and top speed development. It is done in an abbreviated, one-month format to get ready for more intense conditioning later in the fall and winter.
Beginner 3rd - 5th grade
Monday - 7-8 pm Saturday 8-9 am
Jr. High 6th-8th grade
Wednesday - 7-8 pm Saturday 9-10 am
High School 9th- 12th grade
Monday / Wednesday 8-9 pm
Satuday 10-11 am
Session 1: 4 weeks - August 31- September 26th
Session 2: 6 weeks - September 28 - November 7th
Session 3: 6 weeks - November 9 - December 19th
