SPEED & AGILITY
From first step quickness to breakaway speed, the ability to accelerate is critical for any high level athlete.
This program takes the athlete through a series of strength, conditioning, agility, and multi-directional speed workouts to improve explosiveness, linear acceleration and top speed development.
Athletes are grouped by age and ability to make the most of their workout. Appropriate for baseball, softball, and athletes in all sports.
Beginner 3rd - 5th grade
Saturday 9-10 am
Advanced (Jr. High/High School)
Monday / Wednesday 8-9 pm
Saturday 10-11 am
February 20-March 31
