TRAINING

In season AND off season - that is when you should take care of your arm.  Pitchers only?   Not hardly!  Are you a catcher, outfielder, or infielder?  You  also need arm care year ‘round.  Players will work on stability, mobility, strength and flexibility.  Additionally, you will learn how to use your hips and legs to prevent injury to your arm.  You will develop a proper arm care routine using long toss, weighted balls, medicine balls, stretching and calisthenics.
