What’s your role at Home Field Instruction?

I am a hitting, catching, speed & agility instructor. I also lead strength & conditioning classes as well as 1 on 1 sports performance training and help manage the social media for Home Field Instruction.

Who inspires you?

​

I’d say my peers that I work with at the gym inspire me. It’s always good to see how creative our trainers can be with different drills and creating special tools to help their clients reach their max potential. It makes me step up my game.

What’s something most people don’t know about you?

I have the same birthday as Lil WAYNE (September 28th) & I HATE MAC N CHEESE!
